Okay,
When playing any game (Or some atleast not GTA 3 ) like minecraft or something after playing the game for 10 or so minutes the games graphics will flip out some times leaving the window the actual game is in, during off my two minitors like its resizing them or something and than my game won't work.. does anyone else have this problem and how do I fix it?

Dell
Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 3.00GHz 2.99 GHz
2 GB of System Ram
32-bit Operating System
Windows Vista (Did it with Windows 7 aswell)
