recommend a good clean up/optimize/speed up windows 7 guide?

I need to get my PC cleaned up a bit, I'll have to go through and delete old stuff but besides that all I do is disk defrag, disk cleanup, malwarebytes, spybot, and ccleaner. I'd like to get my computer running better, can anyone provide a good guide for doing so?
 
Solution
You pretty much listed all the good programs that most people use. Another one if you want to uninstall a mass amount of programs like toolbars and stuff that you find in the Programs and Features area is PCDcrapifier. You go though, check what you want to remove, and it start the uninstall for them. You still have to click yes and uninstall but you don't have to scroll though the list the whole time doing so. THEN i would run CCleaner after than.

Also Turning off programs you don't use from startup helps as well. Also if you run CCleaner you don't need to run Disk Cleanup. It does all that and more.

May also want to install the Crystal Disk Info in my Signature. If everything comes up as Blue (Good) then don't worry about it. If...
