System specs
CPU-Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz
GPU-NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680
RAM-8GB DDR3

OS-windows 7

I would like to know if my GPU is faulty.I bought the Gforce GTX 680 8 months ago.It was working
fine until 2 days ago.I started getting fps drops while playing games( which never
happened before).I decided to run some tests and nothing came up. I updated the drivers/went back to older versions which did not fix the issue. So I decided to watch the GPU monitor while running a game (COD 4) at high settings. And I noticed that the GPU processor clock has a constant value of 0 which is not normal. The value used to change all the time. This is pretty weird.I downloaded Valley benchmark and captured some screens in windows mode :

As you can see in the above screens the gpu processor clock and Vid usage are at 0.0. I'm not sure whats wrong. Is this normal? does anyone think the GPU is faulty? any help/assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Try to reseat your graphic card..
Clean the golden bridge with contact cleaner or pencil eraser..
and make sure all of your power cables from psu connected properly...

what is your psu brand..?
