Hey there,

I just completed my first build and have two Gigabyte GTX 760 2gb OC graphics cards, mounted on a gigabyte fxa-990-ud5 motherboard.

When these two cards are mounted in the 16x pci-e slots, they are extremely close to each other, and I am seeing temperatures of up to 75 degrees on the first card, and around 50 degrees on the second.

I believe that the 75 degrees on the first card is on the card that is on top, with the fans almost touching the second card.

My question is, is running the first card around 75 degrees bad for gaming, and could this be caused by the cards being so close together?

In my case i have 2 120mm intakes at the front, 2 140's pulling up out the top through a h100i rad, 1 120mm exhaust at the back, and a 220mm intake on the side blowing right onto the two cards. (its a corsair 500R case).

If 75 is bad, is there are to switch it so that the second card that is mounted lower on the Mobo is utilized as the main so it would have more load, and possibly better access to air since its not so close to the other card?
