all of these are applied in evga precision x:

core voltage- +38 (reads 1.187 when on full load)
power target - maxed slider at 106% (sometimes reaches 108% though)
temp target- 80c (fan curve set to reach fan speed of100% at 81c)
core clock- +250 (boosts to 1254mhz under load)
mem clock- +200

at those settings, i pass unigine heaven, unigine valley, and passmark performance test with no crashes or artifacts and never going over 67c in temperature. i'm just curious, since it's clocked at a low 863mhz at stock settings, will any of these hurt the card over long term use? i'm under the impression that as long as temps are low and under the rated temp (which is 95c for this model), things are ok. and also the voltage only goes to 1.187 when under load, so unless it's different than other card of the 700 series, i'm sure they are rated "safe" up to 1.212 volts. just looking for others opinions if these are ok settings or if i should back off alittle in some places. thanks!!

Hopefully you registered your card with PNY to get the full lifetime warranty.

Kepler cards have a lot of failsafes and limits built in to prevent damaging your card. Go as far as you can, and you'll still be within the GPUs safe limits.

so is that the stock setting, meaning that if it needs it it will use it? or is that the max "safe" settings recommended?

You aren't anywhere close to pushing your luck. You already have the power and voltages maxed so thats good, you'll also want to max out the temperature target to 96C and prioritize, this is just so the card wont needlessly clock down when it reaches a certain temperature. 1254Mhz is pretty good, you got a great card.

Under 90C is safe, as stated by Nvidia. No reason to have the fans maxing out at 80C, use the fan speed on manual to see what percentage it takes to reach 85C at 100% load, then build a fan curve around that, 85C gives you plenty of room to breathe if it were a very hot day for example.

Ya you are right about that. The card will shut down if its being stressed to much as i have not modded the bios in any way. Im just being overly cautious i guess, trying to protect my $500 investment lol
