First of all I highly doubt that you will need 3tb of hard drive. If i were you I would degrade down to 2tb and spend the extra money on something else like a better case which I recommend ----->http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147053&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID= or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119257&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=. Also this is the power supply I would highly recommend ------>http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438007&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=. For the cpu cooler you can stay with the one you have chosen but if I were you I would go with this ------->http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-cpu-cooler-h100i. It has so many good reviews, has one a lot of awards i think, lol, and is overall a good cpu cooler. You never have to worry about it leaking and you never have to refill it. Also the case I recommended for you will look really nice with you black and red motherboard. Please be sure to let me know if you have any more questions.

Fantastic Build and here is a top quality power supply made by Seasonic, it's an 850w at a great price.

I just recently swapped out my RAM to Ballistix Tactical and the Mobo to Asus Maximus VI Hero, will that change the need of the swap of the Noctua?
