Do Open Loop Cooling Systems Exist?

So I have looked at the Closed loop cooling systems and well my Case is JAM packed full of case fans yes I understand I can remove from fans and install the closed loop cooling system but currently 2 front case fans cool the hard drives and 2 top rear case fans act as my high output exhaust. The back rear being a secondary exhaust and side case for blowing on my r9 290x.

That was just information to tell you why I want to stay away from closed loop and why I would prefer to go open loop

First of I'm putting an AMD 9590 in place of an 8150. I assume the amount of heat I'll be getting from it will be DRASTICALLY More.. I currently have a Thermaltake Bigwater 760 plus Open loop and I LOVES it. But I recently Saw a Thermaltake 780. Which has the "Drive Bay Mounted Radiator and Fan as well as a second fan that you can attach on to the case. But I have not been able to find it anywhere except http://www.thermaltake.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00001307 on their website. are Open loops going extinct / no longer exist. I've searched every website that thermaltake says is available to resell in Canada. And I cannot find the Big water 780.

if anyone can find out where I could get one or Tell my where the HECK I'd mount a closed loop. My case does have 2 rear holes for what I assume would be the size piping for my larger open loop. But then how the heck do I keep it in place externally?

SO yes I want to find that Thermaltake. as my first option. Or figure out HOW to mount an "Closed" Loop. to only my cpu.

I gues I'd have to say what my case is. http://www.coolermaster.com/product/Detail/case/mid-tower/haf-912-combat.html

Solution
Just use your high output exhaust fans on a closed loop radiator and mount in the same place. Make sure your motherboard supports a 9590. There are only like 3 that do. Without modding, you will have to settle for something like a Seidon 120XL placed on the rear fan mount of the case.

Nothing like the h100i will work without modification. :p That means any 240mm solution won't work. They are limited to 120mm solutions unless they mod their case.

Money is not an option and Over clocking and maximum performance from my rig requires me to not over clock it since. When I overclock the multiplayer and the bus it messes with the speed of my ram and my ram then has to be throttled down to a lower speed so it doesn't go INSANE. And no money is no deterrent to me. Thus why I got the 300 dollar 9590 for that price it wasnt a huge deal. But I guess I could just run a 3 rad set up one in the "Drive Bay" And 2 at the rear and top case fan leaving the side to cool the r9. But can the pump handle the extra distances?
