built it

when i turn y pc on it turns on for about 3 seconds and then back off and it keeps on doing this over and over again.
If i turn the pc on and wait for the pc to turn of the first time and hold the power button then the pc turn on and works as it should

and i get that problem and its for gaming

It could be your motherboard or your RAM. Run memtest for 6+ passes to test the RAM and make sure it is ok. We just need to start ruling things out at this point.

Are you 100% positive you don't have ANYTHING connected wrong? Many times people connect the floppy connector on the PSU to a fan connector on the motherboard or conenct a fan to the motherboard AND the PSU. Both of these can cause this issue. Also, how are your h80i fans connected to the motherboard? To the CPU fan header? If not, an nothing is connected to the CPU_FAN connector, it can cause this problem.
