Can only boot into my Windows 7 boot drive by booting from one of my mass storage hard drives.

I recently used the sysprep utility to prepare my boot SSD to be moved into a new computer, i also have 2 x 1TB HDDs that only have games on. When booted from the new computer it would only work if i booted from my second harddrive, otherwise i get a "BOOTMGR is missing press CTRL + ALT +DEL to restart".

This is most likely because the Boot Sector is being stored on the hard drive and not on the SSD. This is why we ALWAYS recommend to do a CLEAN install with out any help of any programs and to always unplug all hard drive but the hard drive you are installing windows to.

There are ways to fix this issue by rebuilding the Boot Loader with only the SSD installed.
