I know this is a ridiculous question and I'm probably wasting people's time. But, I would like to know that it is possible to do this before I buy this monitor.
I'm wondering if it is possible to use a monitor with Nvidia 3D Vision whilst using a AMD graphics card. Now I don't mean using the 3D feature, I now that requires an Nvidia GPU, I'm just want to know if you can still use it in 2D even if my GPU is from AMD.

I know this is stupid so I apologise. Thank you in advance for any replies

A monitor with NVidia 3D vision is likely just a 120Hz monitor. In which you should be fine.

If you're talking about being able to use three monitors at the same time, AMD is Eyefinity, and Nvidia is .. I forget. Sorry, but regardless, different names, same thing.
