I am specifically looking to improve Skyrim's performance in the lighting area. I can run ENB's fairly well but some effects must be turned off or it will effect framerate. Any suggestions on what needs to be upgraded next?

System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.

Processor: AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor (6 CPUs), ~3.5GHz

Solution
most games need a minimum of 4gb ram. double it to 8 and it will help. also if you have 1333mhz and go to 1600mhz its another slight increase. and that will cost less than $60. the cpu/gpu you have can run most games at mid-high to high settings with 45-60 fps as is so after the ram id spend 150 on an fx-8320
