Good Cooler For Intel Haswell i7 4770k

So I just received most of the parts for my new build, except the CPU cooler (It got canceled, and I changed my mind about it). My main usage for the PC is mostly for gaming/video editing/ and some light 3D rendering. I want a CPU cooler that will work for overclocking, and I don't mind closed loop water coolers either, as long as they fit. I would like to over clock to about 4 - 4.2 GHz lightly when gaming.
Here's what I got:

Intel i7 4770k 3.5 GHz Haswell (Which runs hotter than the Ivy Bridge)
-Asus Maximus IV Hero
-Cooler Master Storm Stryker
-MSI OC GTX 770 4gb

In the $75ish category, the big three are Phantels PH-TC14-PE, followed by the Thermaltright Silver Arrow and Noctua DH-14. You can find a half dozen or so shootouts , roundups etc....on Youtube comparing the 3 but more often than not they finish in that order in both thermal and acoustic testing. Aesthetically it's a no contest for the Phanteks..

The $50ish category is kinda empty right now since the Mugen 3 and Hyp\per 612 disappeared.

At $30 the Hyper 212 is the best deal

I do not own the case you have nor seen it, based on the specs. from the manufacturers website.

Top: 200mm fan x 1, 1000 RPM, 23 dBA (converted to 120/140mm fan x 2) - Means the two included fans in the H100i which are dual 120mm it should fit. But also take into consideration the space between the top of your motherboard and the case to ensure there is ample space for the radiator and fans which together are around 2 inches in height, so just make sure you have the space and it should work fine.
