Mobo For Oc'ing with DDR3

I'm looking for a mobo with ddr3 but is also good for overclocking.

My specs atm:

Intel Xeon X3350 2.66.. Overclocked at 3.5ghz
Rampage formula 1
ddr2 .. 4x2gb 400mhz
Evga gtx 650 ti boost


I know I can still upgrade the ram a bit to around 1000mhz i think but I don't see the point.

So does anyone know of a motherboard lga 775 with ddr3 ram. Which is also good for Overclocking.

You can't get that X38 chipset LGA775 MB anymore, your MB is good enough, and you maybe can't oc the cpu over 3.5ghz, I found one topic related to x3350, you maybe already read it too. You can find the lga775 that support DDR3 RAM but can't support the x33350, or if you want I found one MB exactly like in the link in the ebay for $100.
