Operating system and driver storage space

I've heard many different answers to how big windows 7 is and since it isn't actually on their website I thought I'd ask here as well as ask how much storage all the drivers for my system will take up

I'm sitting on a pretty fresh Dell Computer right now with Win7, and a couple of office products and it is using 50.1gb Maybe 45 of that is just OS and drivers and BS that dell puts on a computer (I'm at work at the moment)
