Do you think I would need a ARCTIC Accelero Xtreme III VGA Cooler for my R9 290X and the computer im making?

Is it required? I heard the coolers suck this is my current system components that I'm ordering.

To keep the noise level down and card performing to it's potential yes.

However, if you are not in a major hurry the custom cooled versions of R9 290(X) are just around the corner. So far looking to be january.
