asus vg248qe install?

i got my asus vg248qe and i think i installed it just gave me some gpu drivers and a strange signature thing for the screen iv set it to 144hz but do i actually need to install this screen coz it just says generic pnp and how do i set it to get 1ms? thanks in advance

Aside from installing the drivers. The icc profile is to help with the color calibration if you're not satisfied with it out of the box.

You don't "set" the response time.. That's inherent in the monitor. As long as your graphics settings can be set right and you can pick 144 Hz, you're good to go.
