Over the last month or so, my computer has been randomly freezing out of nowhere. In one instance, everything froze on the screen but I was connected to Team Speak and was able to still communicate, but visually, my screen, task bar and computer are completely locked up. I can't move my mouse or Alt + Ctrl + Delete. If anyone has any idea as to what is causing this, I'm all ears. I've made no hardware changes, when I install video drivers, I completely uninstall, clean drivers out and install. I'm running out of ideas.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? I'd suggest you check event viewer (system logs) for errors, specifically around the time of the problem. You may also want to run memtest to test your RAM, do a HDD check with scandisk, and check temperatures with speedfan or similar. Just some suggestions to start with.
