Need help for friend's build

Hey. My friend would like to get a PC built, and his budget sits around 1000$. He would like to be able to run games fairly smooth, and I think a 660 would be one of the best cards for that. If you are able to include it in a build for that price, it'd be appreciated. Also, I ask that you include all equipment (mouse, keyboard, monitor) in the build's price range. The only exception to the price range is a wireless adapter. I'm not sure if he will need it, but add it just in case. I will check it out some other time. Thanks in advance for any help. We live in Canada, so the build would have to be built according to location.

This is basically what I have and it's great. Goes a little bit over budget but the extra 100 dollars is worth it.
