I am wondering which GPU is best for a budget gaming pc. Should i get the SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7870 for $199 or should I get the MSI GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST for $159?

What kind of FPS differences would i see in a game such as BF3 or BF4?

Is the Radeon HD 7870 worth the extra $30?

Main Specs:
CPU: AMD FX 6100
Ram: 8gigs
HDD: 1 tb
PSU: 450Watts

Also how many watts should my PSU supply for one of these graphics cards?

I would go with the 7870 since you mentioned BF4 because of the new Mantle API that AMD ( and BF 4 will support) is introducing and the 7870 has the GCN architecture that supports it. The 7870 is also much higher performing card and it will perform much better at 1080p with a lot more eye candy enabled. If you go with the 7870 I would upgrade the power supply to a 600w just to be safe. A good one is the Corsair CX 600 http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Builder-Series-Watt-CX600/dp/B0092ML0OC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1386728559&sr=8-1&keywords=Corsair+power+supplies. This should give you all the juice you need.
