Just need to be sure.....Win 8 OEM???

I was told this morning that my Windows 8 OEM was forever tied to my dying motherboard and shere the same fate. I have read numerous threads with people saying that They have had no truoble reisntalling OEM copies of windows and man who say that all windows OS's OEM versions are tied to one motherboard. And then there are threads saying That Windows 8 OEM is transferrable to any hardware. When I purchased Win 8 pro OEm from a PC boutique the person whom I spoke with assured me the copy would be 100% transferable.....So I ask again Will win 8 pro OEM be able to reinstall on my new MB?

Thanks for the reply I will be putting in my new MB this weekend. I imgaine I would to deactivate my OS by calling MS??
