I have 2 120mm fans intaking air, then a bottom fan and a fan at the back of my case. How do I position the fan at the bottom of my case, also the back case fan should be exhaust correct? Sorry for the noobie questions gotta start somewhere! thanks :)

Well, it depends on your case, but typically I try to have air intake from the front/bottom and air out of the back/top.

Remember that hot air naturally goes up, so trying to get hot air to go down is going to be very counter productive.
Hot air out of the front is not against the laws of nature, but I wouldnt see the reason to do this, as most cases are not designed for that.

What is your case?

EDIT:
You stated you were new, I should probably tell you that good cable management is very important to reach maximum air flow, and can significantly improve temperatures by a significant amount, especially in smaller cases.

If you are actually concerned about temperatures (and not just trying to see what the best way to put components together is), I would recommend getting a very nice cpu cooler if you think your cpu is getting hot, ESPECIALLY if you plan to do any overclocking what so ever.

If you get the chance to, try replacing your case fans, after market fans typically move more air and/or more quiet. They also look alot cooler if you get one that lights up.

Thanks for the tips and I am buying a H100i for my 3570k for when I OC it. I just fixed up my cable management as much as I can. I also fixed all my fans and I think its good now:)  Have 2 more fans to make it even better! Thanks for the help :)
