Hey guys, just a quick question. We're planning on getting my younger brother a computer for Christmas for a decent price. I know it's cheaper to build our own and everything (built my current pc), but he isn't gonna need a crazy good one.

Everything looks great except the processor speed. 2.0Ghz is TERRIBLE, but my question is seeing as it's quad core, it should be running at a faster speed right? Cause each core runs at 2.0Ghz correct?
