First, before you make any decision. Do search about cons and pros of a crossfire. What are your reasons?
Some or many people say, its better to use single high-end card. And i agree with that.
If you are referring to...

So yes, it's Crossfire capable (because slot speed doesn't matter for Crossfire), but not SLI capable.

I'm pretty sure that there aren't any H77/B75 boards that are SLI capable.

As far as AMD cards go, something in the 6870 and above and 7850 and above range are good. You can Crossfire with lesser cards, but at that point, it's just better to get a single strong card.

Also isnt SLI just nvidia's name for crossfire? Im thinking of crossfiring 7850's

also it has this on the website
- 1 x PCI Express 3.0 x16 slot (PCIE1: x16 mode)
- 1 x PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot (PCIE2: x4 mode)
- 2 x PCI slots

The 4x will work but at a decreased speed but I think the top card is blocking it. will a normal pci slot work. it doesn't say what speed they are?

Dont worry about it, i have that mobo in my another pc, and theres no problem crossfiring it,
I cant tell how the performance works specifically.
But im sure, it will double the performance, just like my new z77 asrock (8X and 8X)

Will it be worth the 200 dollars though? instead of getting another card? Also I know the top 2 are good but I really don't know what the bottom 2 slots are (what speed they are). Also since I have never crossfired before how many games actually use both cards to full capacity?

If you are referring to H77m PCI-E slot,
Top and bottom is to install PCI-E graphics cards to support CrossFireX function.
2 PCI (X1) slot in the middle of top and bottom is used for card such as LAN, Sata, etc. (better check the manual)
In crossfire, 2 cards don't share their memory. Its being used more(memory) when you play game. you can see that in GPU-Z sensors.

Yes, I might just forget about crossfiring for now, might just save up for a 7970. Just the problems is the stores here in AUS are running out of them. Also by the end of next year it may not be as well off
