hi.ysterday i upgraded my cpu,ram and motheroboard and thats why i reiinstalled windows.after the installation i noticed a folder named old windows with files from my previous windows edition.my question is if i can detele these files?i'm asking because i dont know if it will affect my sytem in a bad way

Yes you could delete it. Just take whatever is important in your old windows folder.
