Can this run Bf4 and others like it on ultra?

Can this run games like BF4, Arma 3, etc? Also, i'll be playing on a 1920 x 1080 screen if that helps.

Processor: Intel Core 4th Generation i7-4770 Processor (8M Cache, up to 3.9 GHz)
2TB 7200 RPM SATA Hard Drive 6.0 Gb/s
16GB Dual Channel DDR3 at 1600Mhz
8X DVD +/- RW Drive
1.5 GB nVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 GDDR5

possibly, I'm assuming that you're buying from a system manufacturer since it has the odd 1.5 GB OEM GTX 760

though 1.5 GB is a bit low for a game like BF4 which, for me at least, uses near 2 GB of VRAM

but it should actually be fine, it won't run BF4 on full blown Ultra, but if you turn off MSAA it should be able to run the game on Ultra textures/mesh/etc at 1080p with smooth framerates
