Ok guys I need to explain what i am doing here, I bought a new I3-3220 CPU, and I had a Pentium in that motherboard before. When I put it in, my computer screen stayed black and i head 4 quick beeps, and nothing happened. I took out the I3, but my old CPU back in and everything is working. So i look online, and I think its because my Bios is out of date, currenrly I am using version 0503 of the bios, so I download the new bios, because Asus updater says I do not have a Asus motherboard for whatever reason. I download the new file for Asus online, I put it on a USB, I reboot the computer, and when I get into EX flash I cannot find the file, I downloaded anywhere, even when i go to the USB it just doesn't show up. I don't know what to do PLEASE someone PELASE help me :(

OK first things first what make/model motherboard do you have?
How is your USB stick formatted? You need to have the USB Stick formatted as Fat32 in order to use it with EX Flash. If it is NTFS formatted the BIOS will not see the file.
But like I said first things first lets get the make/model and revision of your motherboard first and then we can help you further.
