Budget PC build (3-d modeling, gaming, simulators)

Hello everyone,
I have posted my build before, but I am running on a bit tighter of a budget, and my build will be starting pretty soon. Before I start committing to parts and such, could I just get some quick feedback on how this system will run?

I will be running Blender and possibly Sketch-Up for 3-D modeling (nothing too demanding: i.e. not going to do fluid simulations or the likes, just basic stuff)

For gaming: possibly BF4, Arma 2/3, War Thunder, and maybe some others, those are just what I have in mind ( at least with BF4, I am hoping to get 60 fps on high, but the benchmarks have been all over the place, does anybody have a reliable source? I am not sure what to expect especially with mantle coming out)

Simulators: Phoenix 2.0 (it's an RC simulator), X-Plane

My Build:

CPU: AMD FX 8320 @ 3.5 Ghz
Mobo: Asus M5a97 LE R2.0
GPU: MSI Radeon R9 270x 2gb
RAM: 2x Crucial ballistix sport (1x8gb) DDR3-1600mhz CAS-9
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
PSU: Corsair CX600w
DVD: Asus DRW F1ST

My budget is about $750 U.S.

Also... does anyone have any input on the case? I am not really sure what to look for here in terms of space, maybe for crossfire in the future etc...

If you plan on overclocking the FX 8320 I would suggest changing the board to M5A97 R2.0 as it has heatsinks on the VRM and a 8pin connector to the cpu vs 4 pin.

Otherwise I would change the PSU to the antec one for better quality.

Gonna edit this post when I have your build in pcpart for u to look at sec.

^ this is what I have so far. I wasn't sure if u needed 16gb from the 2x of 8gb ballestic but this ram I picked is faster and very cheap atm.

edit: You mention Crossfire, but with tat board and the other one I suggested, you can do crossfire but won't get the same result as the PCI lanes aren't both 8x. So I picked a much better board for you.

edit2: O and I wasn't sure if you needed a HD as you didn't list one.

I modified some things, from your build. Found a set thats 1866mhz which is on sale atm. Switched the PSU to a more quality one made which is made by seasonic. As the CX series aren't that great from corsair. People also been saying MSI QC is going down so I swapped the gpu for a gigabyte one.

This leaves you at $2 over budget. Something to consider is, a R9 270 is basically the same as a 270x and you can overclock it alot to get the same performance and save some money off there if you wanted. Or you can try to find a 7870 if there's any left in stock.

Ok, but since I don't think that I will be filling in many rebates...
I guess that will work, I that RAM is good :)
I don't think I need a PSU any more than 600w, do have recommendations besides the $80 one?

I stuck with the MSI gpu, but I will be looking at more reviews. since they have the same price it doesn't matter here.
