ASUS Z87-PRO vs MAXIMUM HERO VI

when i comes to the maximus boards you are paying a tad bit more just for the ROG series. It looks like the z87 pro has a a display port onboard aswell as a dsub +dvi. Which is a bonus but if youe getting a graphics card doesnt really matter. The only other plus is the z87 has 1 more x4pci slot also no big deal. The cool feature the maximus has is the sonic radar.
Overall they are so very close it would come down to price, right now the z87 has a rebate going on newegg for $15. and it would come down to which color you prefer. They are both very close hardware/spec wise.
