neatly lining copper wire onto fan grills = cooler air?

Hi.

i have been doing some research on how to cool air with fans. Some of the most common results i get from Google are those that talk about DIY Home-made standing fans that simply run iced water through copper tubes that are coiled around on the front of the fan's grill/frame tied to it.

Knowing that copper is the 2nd highest in terms of thermal conductivity while silver being the 1st, i would like to know if...using thin copper wire *alone*, would it make any difference in cooling air, without the aid of iced water?

In other words, would the fan be blowing cooler air if i am to perfectly and neatly line the copper wire onto the grills/frame of the fan?

Thank you.

Fan's do not cool the air themselves, they just move it,
so in the locked room they will do nothing to the heat,

wind passing over your body just cools you so that makes you feel that fan blowing cooler air then the rest of room.

if it is cooler outside you can use fan to blow hot air out of window

well the heat flows into copper and then into the ice on other end,

with just copper wire it will work for few minutes, until it gets the same temperature as the air then nothing

Heat always flows from heat to cold

oh...so in other words, the whole idea of just using copper wire alone is pointless? was wondering if it would be of any help in the night in a 5 square meters bedroom and cut out most of the 'iced-cold water' hassle if i find it cooling enough [if there's any].

Mmm...would say taking in air from a tightly enclosed space make air become cooler? something to do with pressure. for eg, i cover the back of the fan [where air is taken in] with a semi-circle copper with some small holes. so that it will create some sort of suction and air will move faster and thus result in cooler air?

lol...my bad. my science isn't very good. but i hope to get some answers in regards to my questions and doubts.
