Dear ContraCommando,
The font 200mm fan will have two separate wires, one 3 pin that connects to the motherboard and one 2 pin that attaches to the LED on/off button.
Do you have both of these wires connected?

Sorry for the late reply. Was gone all day. That is probably the solution, but I am not sure where the LED on/off button wire is located.

Dear Contra Commando,
If you are looking at the front of the case, you will need to remove the right side panel. You will see all the I/O panel wires along side the 5.25" Bays. This 2 pin LED wire will be located there.
