Hello I was wondering if anyone could offer some guidance as to a fix for my computer. I was experiencing low FPS in Guild Wars 2 and thought it was my graphics card, however I believe It is due to the extremely high temperature read outs I am getting in Real Temp. When I fist start the computer read out are around 47-57 degrees Celsius. After opening my workstation or GW2 it quickly rises to 100 degrees Celsius, which is why I was getting low FPS in-game and choppy graphics because of the CPU throttling. After closing the game and having no applications open the temperature remains high at around 80-90 degrees Celsius. The lower 4 numbers are all nearly 40 point off from the top ones.

Here are my specs:

CASE: Enermax Hoplite ST Mid-Tower Gaming Case
CD: 24X Double Layer Dual Format DVD+-R/+-RW + CD-R/RW Drive
CPU: Intel(R) Core™ i7-4770K 3.50 GHz 8MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1150

HDD: 128GB SanDisk SATA III 6.0Gb/s SSD & 500GB HDD
MEMORY: 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3/1600MHz Dual Channel Memory G.SKILL Ripjaws X
MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte Z87-HD3 Intel Z87 Chipset DDR3 ATX Mainboard
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
POWERSUPPLY: 800 Watts - Standard 80 Plus Certified Power Supply
SOUND: HIGH DEFINITION ON-BOARD 7.1 AUDIO
VIDEO: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 2GB 16X PCIe 3.0 Video Card (EVGA Superclocked ACX Cooling)

Furthermore, I ordered this PC from Cyberpowerpc and they assembled it, I have not changed a thing since I have gotten it 5 months ago.

Any assistance on fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated!
Best Regards,
Aaron

Weird. Well something is going very wrong here. Make sure your CPU cooler is running as it should be. All your case fans are working properly, etc. But to be honest, I don't even know what could be causing this, those temps seem way too high to just not have some fans running...

That's precisely what I was thinking. All fans are running properly, the one attached to the Asetek 510LC Liquid Cooling System, the front case fan, and the fan beneath the PSU. I've contacted Cyberpowerpc and going to see what they have to say about all of this. I should still be under warranty in case of a faulty CPU. Is there a way to check if the liquid cooling is being transferred properly ?

I'd be willing to bet money that is NOT the problem. Even if your CPU liquid cooler wasn't working correctly, you still wouldn't have temps nearly that high. And yeah I would talk to cyberpower, they usually have a 3 year warranty/lifetime support I think.
