Hey guys I made a previous thread, but this is related, but a complete different topic/question.
So I want to start by saying I have a GA-970A-UD3 Gigabyte motherboard.
I want to update my BIOS, So here is a list of questions.
1. I looked on my motherboard, and it says Rev 1.1 Is this the proper motherboard?

2, How should I go about doing this? I have heard of 2 different methods. Q-Flash and I also have a program called Touch BIOS which I could use. Which do you recommend, and is there anything I should note?
3. I have seen a videos and forums that said they to Default Optimized Settings. Should I do this for QFlash and Touch BIOS? Please Tell me Both
4. Anything I should be careful of, not do, or do?
