Windows 8.1 Screwed up all of my apps. The writing is blurry on all of my apps.

immediately once Windows 8.1 download was completed all of my apps do not work right when I plug in the second monitor everything is blurry on it. the apps are all blurry. What happened?
I get a huge headache working on this.

dual posting is not cool. the problem is most likely simply the resolution of the monitor. look up the max resolution of the second monitor and set its resolution to exactly that. do the same for your first monitor to be sure.
