Binding a Key to Close all tabs

Say I wanted to set a key so I can Minimize/Close all my tabs at once (Google Chrome)?

How would I do that, I just thought it might a cool feature to have just in-case I am doing something that I do not want anyone to see when the walk in,

Alt-F4 will close the browser and all tabs. (Closing all tabs closes the browser anyway, so this amounts to the same thing.)

The Windows and "M" keys pressed together will minimize all open windows.
