Black borders Dell Planar

Dell studio 1747 with an ATI HD 4650 using HDMI to a Planar PXL2760MW I get 1" black borders all around on the screen.
No black borders using VGA connection, only with the HDMI(which gives a better picture)

Help!

If you have a recent driver loaded for that card, and not some old driver, go to catalyst Control Center/My Digital Flat Panels/Scaling Options. There should be a slider there that you can adjust the underscan. Set it to 0%. If it is already set to 0%, slide it back a bit and back to 0%. That should fix it.
