Chassis: Fractal Design Define R4 Black Pearl

PSU: XFX ProSeries Core Edition 850W

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670 Processor Socket-LGA1150, Quad Core, 3.4GHz

Motherboard: ASUS Z87-C

RAM: Corsair DDR3 16GB 1600MHz Low Profile 2x8GB

GPU: Gainward GeForce GTX 780Ti 3GB PhysX

SSD: Samsung SSD 840 EVO 250GB (also have a 1 TB external hdd)

This looks good enough for 40 + fps everything maxed out on all games you think? Any tips or suggestions are appreciated :)

I also have a few questions:

- Is the 850 W PSU strong enough u think?
- Any need for water cooling, or is that mainly for overclocking?
- Noob question; What is really the difference between MSI GeForce GTX 780Ti 3GB PhysX CUDA and Gainward GeForce GTX 780Ti 3GB PhysX?
- Also, I selected an i5 processor, should I instead go for the i7, or is it rather pointless for games at this point?

Thank you for your time :)

40+? with that rig your going 120+ FPS on 1080p.

and 850W is a bit overkill of that build. so is the GTX 780TI unless you have a 2560x1440p monitor. but even then you can get same performance with 550$ radeon R9-290X(though you have to wait till january). i5 is enough if just gaming.and you only need to worry about water cooling if your aiming to OC your CPU.

Alright, cool.

There is a relatively new 6 GB 780 ti out, is it that much better? Quite expensive, but perhaps if I wait a few months...

Its funny with computers, if you start thinking about waiting for some new revolutionary GPUs etc, you will never be able to to get one, as it doesnt take long before they ship out a much better one!

I would tend to disagree. Games like Total War: Rome 2 will push a 780TI to it's limits even at 1080P. In my opinion there is no single core GPU out there that is more than enough for 1080p gaming. The more the better.
