my laptop only can charge sometimes(if i move violently the cable)...i used multimeter and i have 19v on the connector (in and out)..the led is on ,but the charger is cold when can't charge and warm when definitely charge my laptop.i replace dc jack but nothing happens(the same situation)...i must replace the charger???..thanks in advance
