Hi! Guys!

I have built a New Rig :

System Cong:

Intel Core i7 4820k 3.7Ghz (OC 4.2 GHz)
Gigabyte GA-X79-UD3
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 (2 x 8 GB) RAM
Corsair CMPSU-850TXV2UK 850 Watts PSU
Asus Nvidia GeForce 650ti Boost OC II Edition 2GB DDR5

The problem is......when i set the "GPU Boost Clock" above "1200 MHz" and Memory "Clock" above "7200 MHz"

My GPU freezes and the clocks are rested to Normal Base frequency

Anyone has any IDEA!!! why this happens?

Solution
You may need to increase the voltage with a tool such as MSI afterburner to stabilize the clocks. Also remember that not all video cards over clock the same. It's luck of the draw, especially on stock voltages.
My knee-jerk reaction says you need to read a tutorial on overclocking a GPU, but let me ask the pertinent questions first.

1. what model GPU do you have

2. If you've been clocking it much higher than stock (i.e. more than ~5%) have you been adjusting voltage as well?
