The card is PCIE 3.0 and my mobo slot support only PCIE 2.0. Is there a problem? I have a new PSU 850W capable to run this card with 2 x 6pins 27A rails. So the only question is there a problem to run this card on an old motherboard with PCIE version 2.0? Also I want to mention that I had a Core 2 Quad CPU at 3.0 Ghz and 8GB DDR3 RAM 1333Mhz CL9, so I am not worry of bottleneck.

Thank you very much for your quick answer. So you don't think there was a diference of the voltage between ver 2.0 and 3.0? Since the card get juice directly from the psu through 6pins there isn't any diference if it is on PCIE 2.0 or 3.0?

The voltages are the same and the card is still getting 75watts from the slot, the PSU power is just extra if the card needs more than the slot can provide. The difference between the slot version is the bandwidth but not even the most powerful cards can max out the ver 2.0 bandwidth.
