Upgrading PC, Christmas wishes!

Hey yo, soon christmaz <3. So i need a little help with some of my wishes, i wish to upgrade my PC for some of these new games mostly BF4
This is my spec:
Processor: AMD Phenom(tm)II X6 1075T 3.00GHz
CPU cooler: Alpine 64 pro rev.2
GPU: Radeon HD 6870 1GB
Ram: 4GB (DDR3)
Memory: 75GB SSD og 1T normal
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-870A-UD3
Power supply: 700W unknown brand

I would recommend getting a RAM upgrade since it is recommended to have at lease 6GB of it for BF4. If you can, also ask for a new graphics card. I recommend the Gigabyte R9 270X that is $200 on Newegg. It does come with a copy of Battlefield 4 if you don't have it, but want to get it.
