I have run disc clean up and defraged my windows vista laptop and deleted lots of files and pictures but I still have hardly a

I'm running out of memory on disc c and my computer is running very slowly. I have completed a disc clean up and used the defragment tool but I still no change to the memory. What else can I do? A bit worred about worried about trying anything in case it eats the last piece of memory I have left.

  1. How big is your program files and documents folder?
  2. How do I find that out benjii?
  3. Computer > C: drive (assuming that's your primary drive) > Right click 'Users' and click properties. We want 'Size on disk'. Do the same for 'Program Files (x86)'.
