screenguard for touchscreen laptop

Solution
Depends on the use, regular use, does not matter if you get a keyboard protector. Most of the keyboard protectors are used in clean rooms or hospitals so they can be wiped down. They are cheap enough that it won't matter if you use one, unless you don't like the feel of it. Plus for a laptop, it may cause issues with closing the screen fully.
Nope, you can install one if you want to protect it a bit, but you don't "need" one. Since you keep the laptop closed when not in use and won't use that much with poking things at the screen, it's not nearly as useful as a screen protector for a phone or tablet.

Personally, I would put an anti-glare screen protector on any touch device like my 2012 Nexus 7. I don't like glossy screen because they reflect light. Additionally, it also minimizes fingerprints and smudges to the point that I have not even had to wipe my Nexus 7 with a damp cloth to get rid of those annoying things since I installed the anti-glare screen protector 10 months ago.

wont the screen catch scratches and dirt in the long run without a screenguard??
is it possible to get both antiglare and screenguard feature on the same material

You don't use a laptop, even with a touchscreen the same way as you do a tablet, so no, you won't really get it scratched or dirty. Unless you use it in a funny way, if you are always touching it and using it outside, it will be just fine. A screen protector on a laptop will just serve to distort the colors and image clarity more than it would to prevent any damage. Almost all of the screen protectors are also anti-glare.
