Multi-Monitor won't work after I flashed my 7970 BIOS.

I'll keep it short and sweet, I'd really appreciate ANY insight at all.

So I flashed my XFX 7970 bios to a gigabyte bios and everything went very smoothly - except now my card only detects 1 monitor.
The only port that detects a monitor is the top one (closest to the PCB).
If I plug a second monitor into either the other DVI port, or the HDMI port, both screens go black, windows makes the 'ding' noise to indicate it detected a new device, the LED on both monitors powers ON and then a second later only the primary monitor comes up with a display and the second monitor goes back to sleep.

Any ideas at all? Did some setting get switched during the BIOS flash?

If I plug a second GPU into my motherboard, it detects a second monitor when I plug it into that second GPU, but still won't detect it from my 7970.

This is the card here:

The previous BIOS does work, it's this new one that is causing this slight problem. One interesting point to note - when I plug the monitors both in, only 1 displays anything while the second stays shut off. However, in windows/screen resolution, I can see both monitors are detected correctly. It's just one does not display.

Just tried to no avail.

.....?

I have a 3770k but that shouldn't make much difference in this matter.

The old bios works fine. The problem is it isn't working correctly with the new bios (which I need to use for my litecoin mining). That's why I don't think it's a bios issue, just an issue with some settings I may have incorrectly configured.

Just tried the dummies steps and no dice. I can see both monitors in that screen resolution page, but my second monitor just won't turn on when plugged in. I mean the LED is on, and if I manually turn it on it goes to the blue LED then it says searching for dvi and vga and doesn't find anything. It then shuts off.

I just tried with 2 other monitors and none of the second or third monitors work. Only the primary.

I can reflash the bios back to stock at any time. The point is I'm trying to keep this bios and still get multimonitor. I am asking for people who have experience with this, if that is possible.
