Quieter replacement for TX3 Evo

HI, i have the CM TX3 Evo installed on my i7 3770. I have chosen for this cooler because it seems like a decent replacement for the stock cooler and it is compact. My case has a big side fan which interferes with bigger coolers such as the Hyper 212. The cooler performs good on the 3770, but i can't get the fan quiet enough for when i am watching movies or other low intensive tasks. Now i am wondering about a better cooling solution, i already have a noctua NF-f12 as my exhaust fan, i could get a closed loop water cooler and mount the noctua to it. But i keep kinda scared of possible leaks. Or i could replace the tx3's blade master fan for a Be Quiet Silentwings or shadowwings, i can consider push-pull too, but i fear that it wont cool enough at max. Money isn't going to be a huge factor, but the max height of the tower is. Does anyone have a good suggestion ofr a cloosed loop water cooler or fan replacement? THANKSS!!!!
Edit: i have 3 120 mm intake fans and 1 200 mm intake fan for good airflow hooked up to a fan controller. My case is the MS-Tech X4 Crow² which i am really satisfied with except for the cpu tower height.

One problem, it is a really nice fan though and i LOVE noctua fans. BUT my tx3 comes with fan brackets for 25mm thick fans and the nf A9x14 is less than that.

Im idling at 39 degrees and 55 degrees max (minecraft server and bf4). In the BIOS, the cpu fan is set to the LOWEST speed profile. I do play with the fan controllers of my case fans for when im idling/watching a movie and gaming with a headset where everything can be as loud as possible, i dont care about that when i game.

Which one would you recommend in terms of reliability of leaking and pump lifetime, i am going to switch the fans on it with my NF-f12 anyway. I was thinking about a H60 or Seidon 120M

I looked at a review on your case and it looks like a Noctua NH-C14 would work with the 200mm side panel fan still on.

Thank you for that one. Only thing i would worry about is RAM clearance.

A top mounted radiator isn't going to work. It would touch the VRM heatsink. I would personally get a Corsair H60 and mount it on the rear fan slot with my NF-f12. Do you think the H60 is reliable and the pump is quiet??

Unless you have some really unusually high heatsinks, the Noctua should clear with only the top fan installed. I don't think the H60 would be good enough as the radiator on that is quite thin. Could you possibly put the 120xl in the top opening towards the front? That should allow you to clear your VRM's. It looks like you might have clearance issues using the rear fan port.
