1)How can i ground the computer?
And where to touch pc to ground myself? Psu screws?
2) when assembling pc Its better to place pc on wooden ground or wooden desk?

1) When you plug the power supply into the wall outlet you are grounding the PC. You can touch anything metal on the case while the PC is plugged in to ground yourself. Just don't touch the motherboard as a ground. Yes the PSU screws on the back of the case should be good.

2) It doesn't matter what you place it on as long as your comfortable working there and you ground yourself out first.

To ground a pc, plug it in to wall, but with the socket switched off, earth will still be active.
Then touch any unpainted part of case/psu to ground yourself or a house radiator will do the job.
Dry wood is a very good electrical insulator, so desk should be ok if no metal parts can be touched.
