New PC built, power does not go through

I recently built a new PC with MSI z77-g41 mobo, gtx 660 and all that good stuff
but when i plug the power in and click the power button of the front panel, the fans turn on for a few seconds and go offline again
i cannot figure out what is wrong with it, HELP
every wires are connected correctly, i checked 4 times...

Thank you for the link, i unplugged everything and reconnect every wires back again and it worked
the fans and the board runs smooth
