I have asus P5G41C-M LX mother board with 2 x DIMM, Max. 8 GB, DDR3 1333(O.C.)/1066/800 Non-ECC,Un-buffered Memory & intel(R)Core(TM)2 CPU 4400@ 2GHz processor. Can I install Transcend DDR3-1333/PC3-10600 DDR3 2 GB PC RAM (JM1333KLN-2G) on my mother board will it work smoothly without overclocking?

Heya! you may have already checked this out, but every motherboard has a QVL (qualified vendor's list) which lists all the kinds of memory guaranteed/recommended to work with your motherboard. here's a link to it on ASUS' site:

http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5G41CM_LX/#support

open it up and look to see if that brand or, better, the "JM1333KLN-2G" you listed is on the list. some other kinds of RAM will work in theory, it's just best to check the QVL to get an idea of what ASUS promises will work. I've eliminated upgrade choices that way before when realizing the manufacturer doesn't endorse any of a certain kind of component I chose.
