I am going to build an pc and i want to know if there are any incompatible parts / bottlenecks. and also i am still doubting about some parts.
I will be using my pc for gaming(rome2/shogun2/cod/bf4/gta4/5) and school(word internet etc.) i will be running windows 7 ultimate.
my budget is max €810 and less is better but i don't want to sacrifice much performance.

pc parts

CPU: AMD FX 8350 / AMD FX 8320 / AMD FX 6350
GPU: AMD R9 270 (MSI R9 270 GAMING 2G) / any brand AMD radeon r9 270 / comparible nvidea cards (in performance AND price)
MOBO: ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 / ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 / ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0 / other good mobo's
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1866 MHz (Crucial Ballistix Tactical) / maybe 1600mhz
HDD: 1TB 7200rpm (Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003)
PSU: 600W (Corsair CX Series Modular CX600M)
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 412S (optional)
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 Advanced
DVD Burner: ASUS DRW 24F1ST

which from the parts would be recommend for me? and will the stock cooler be good enough (maybe i will overclock a little in a year or two) and please only recommend gpu's with good cooling. which clock speed ram is recommend for gaming, i selected 1866mhz because the higher clock speed but i think it is a bit of an overkill. and reviews on the case would be appreciated.

intel cpu's only if really worth it and if you recommend please + mobo

I agree with _Vass. The stock cooler that comes with the CPU's aren't that great and very loud. Get something like the 212 Hyper Evo and you will not only have low noise cooler but then you'll be able to overclock without any major concerns.

the sabertooth is just 40 cents more expensive and i like the asus one better (better reviews and better bios options in my opinion) and the suggested cpu and cooler are good. and the asus r9 270x is like a little too expensive i think, the 270 will be enough i think, but if not please tell me in which games.
btw thanks for the quick answer!

oh i'd certainly get the sabertooth if it's only 40 cents more expensive :p  get a 8320 with a decent cooler instead of the 8350 and you'll have a solid build

and is it worth to buy 8gb 1866 ram, or €18 cheaper 8gb 1600 ram, both same brand and serie and the 1600 is low profile (both 2x4gb).

depends on the latency, imo 1866 ram is pretty cool but a lot of people woudn't even notice the difference
