I'm going to build a new Gaming/Video rendering PC with a mid/low budget, but i don't know what is better,

If i buy the A10 with the integrated HD 8670D, or the FX-8120 with a GeForce GTX 650 ti (if i do this option, probably i would need more time to get the money).

Solution
the 8320 build would be a lot better for what you're wanting to do. Kinda up to you where the money should be spent. The 6300/6350 would both likely perform better than the 8120 in your area. If they are more in your budget still take them over your original idea.
The FX-8120 is an older Bulldozer chip, a.k.a. (as lchrisk points out) "Faildozer" for disappointing performance. If available to you, a FX-6300 would be a stronger performer. Do not get a bottom-dollar motherboard. Make sure it has the 900-series chipset on it with the 950 Southbridge, rather than a 700-series board (including some of the liar-labeled "960," "980," or even "970DE" boards). Also, the MSI 970A-G4x boards appear on a public Googledocs spreadsheet I am unable to link at work indicating that they have weak VRMs that may pop under load (esp. when overclocking). The newer 900-series boards will have native SATA 6Gb/s, and USB3.0 ports on them. They also run their hypertransport buss at a higher rate of speed.

I don't have an exact budget, if im going for the 8120 + 650ti, it would be more progressive, like... first get the CPU, Motherboard & Ram, and use my HD 5450 until i get the money for the 650ti :)

That is so weird how pricing works around the world, here there is no actual difference between the two. Never makes any sense to me how the prices differ from one part of the world to another. I understand that everything could be higher somewhere but you would think the prices relative to another piece would stay similar?

Oh great!, and what do you think of the Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard?

I liked to do something like this with a FX-8320

or this with a FX-6350

FX-8320

I don't want to spend a lot of money because i want an Oculus rift, and probably a virtuix omni.

But i can make some sacrifices :D
