Solution
You should really contact asus and ask for a cpu support list as it's the only way to really know if the bios will accept it. They should have given it but if that happens again, ask for a manager. I don't even see a k72jr that came with a p6100 but it has other configs with the i5 430M/460M/520M, i3 330M/350M so those are sure to work.

you see the thing is.. when i search my laptop on asus site with a product id it gives only one result and that is the laptop i have.. every single detail about the specification is the same accept the cpu.
aparently my laptop is supposed to be shipped with i3 and i5 and i got p6100,.(maybe it was swapped at the store where my gf bought it coz back then i3 had a pretty hefty price in my country)
and yeah i was aiming to buy i3 350 or 380 even that one should also work coz its the same cpu as 350, right?
but anyway thank you,i will contact asus support again and if they say we cant help you i will ask to contact a manager, coz i doubt that they dont know what cpus i can use on my mb

ive just tatalked via live cha on USA asus and they said they dont have that kind of information and that i should take my laptop to verified service store so they can check it out.
anyway i have bios version v205, when i serach my product on asus site it says that v205 is the first release for my MB so its the same thing. its the same board. only explanation is that it was shipped with a downgrade that would result a lover price in my country or it was swapped out in a store where it was bought meaning i could upgrade (well return it to stock :) ) by installing i3. :D
